1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GSD at project-gsd.com (the "Service"). By accepting an invitation, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Beta service
GSD is currently in beta. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Features may change or be removed, downtime may occur without notice, and — despite backups — data loss is possible. Keep your own copies of anything important, including files you attach to tasks. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts
Accounts are created by invitation only; there is no open registration. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account. The administrator may deactivate or reactivate accounts at their discretion, and may revoke pending invitations.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to store or share unlawful content; not to upload files that infringe others' rights; and not to attempt to disrupt the Service, probe its security, exceed its intended limits, or access another user's data.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you put into the Service — tasks, notes, tags, attachments, and contacts. You grant GSD a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service for you. We do not use your content for anything else, and no user content is sent to any AI system.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement; and GSD and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
